医院科室介绍
北京大学第三医院病理科是国家临床重点专科,是全国大型的疑难病例病理诊断中心之一。病理科依托于历史悠久的北京大学医学部病理系,在几代病理学工作者的辛勤耕耘和努力开拓下,发展成为教学、科研、临床相结合的优势学科。经多年医疗实践积淀,科室不断开拓创新以适应日益增长的专科化医疗服务需求。目前形成了包括泌尿病理、血液病理、神经病理、消化病理、呼吸病理、妇科病理、乳腺病理、皮科病理、内分泌病理、软组织与骨关节病理、细胞学、解剖病理和分子病理等涵盖人体多个系统的十三个病理亚专科。病理科于2004年,就成为第一批国家级继续教育基地;2006年,首批入选北京市住院医师规范化培训临床病理专科基地;2010年底,首批入选“国家临床重点病理专科建设项目”。病理科拥有一支梯队合理的专业医师队伍,一批国内知名病理学专家。同时,病理科也拥有一个专业的医技团队,涵盖常规病理平台、免疫组化平台、特殊染色平台、超微病理平台、针吸细胞学平台和分子病理学平台等,有力的支持了临床病理诊断、教学和科研工作。病理科下属的分子病理实验室,是我国第一批获得卫生部临检中心认证的临床基因扩增检验实验室。同时也是国家卫健委病理质控评价中心(PQCC)示范实验室和北京市重点实验室。目前,科室已发展为年组织学样本量9万例、细胞学6.5万例、尸体解剖50例、电镜6000例、会诊7000例、分子病理检测6000例、集临床、教学和科研为一体、从大体、光镜、电镜观察到免疫组化、遗传学检测的系统化、标准化、数字化和信息化集成,临床病理工作水平位于全国领先的综合学科。TheDepartmentofPathologyofPekingUniversityThirdHospital(Dpt.Path.)isanationalkeyclinicalspecialtyandisoneofthelarge-scalepathologicalconsultationcenterinChina.TheDpt.Path.reliesontheDepartmentofPathologyofPekingUniversityHealthScienceCenter.Throughthehardworkingofseveralgenerationsofpathologists,ithasdevelopedintoasuperiordisciplinewithacombinationofteaching,scientificresearchandclinicalservice,Afteryearsofaccumulationofmedicalpractice,theDpt.Path.continuetoinnovatetomeetthegrowingdemandforspecializedmedicalservices.Atpresent,ithasformedaseriesofsubspecialtiesconsistingofurologicalpathology,hematopoieticpathology,neuropathology,gastrointestinalpathology,lungpathology,gynecologicalpathology,breastpathology,dermatologypathology,endocrinepathology,softtissue-bone-jointpathology,cytology,anatomicalpathologyandmolecularpathology.TheDpt.Path.becameoneofthefirstapprovedbasesfornationalcontinuingeducationin2004;in2006,itwaspioneeredtobethestandardizedtrainingbaseforclinicalpathologyresidencyin2010,itwasgrantedasoneoftheNationalKeyClinicalPathologySpecialtyConstructionProject.TheDpt.Path.hasateamofprofessionalpathologistswithreasonableechelonconstruction,,andproducingagroupofwell-knowndomesticexperts.TheDpt.Path.alsohasaprofessionalmedicaltechnologiststeam,coveringconventionalpathologyplatform,immunohistochemistryplatform,specialstainingplatform,ultrastructuralpathologyplatform,fineneedleaspirationcytologyplatformandmolecularpathologyplatform,etc.,whichstronglysupportsclinicalpathologicaldiagnosis,teachingandscientificresearch.TheMolecularPathologyLaboratoryaffiliatedtheDpt.Path.isthefirstbatchofclinicalgeneamplificationtestinglaboratoriescertifiedbytheNationalCenterofMinistryofHealthforClinicalLaboratories.Meanwhile,thislabisalsoademonstrationlaboratoryoftheNationalPathologyQualityControlCenter(PQCC)andakeylaboratoryinBeijing.Atpresent,theDpt.Path.hasanannualhistologicalsamplesof90,000cases,cytology65,000cases,autopsy50cases,electronmicroscopy6,000cases,consultation7000casesandmolecularpathologyexamination6000cases.Integratingclinical,teachingandscientificresearch,theDpt.Path.isanationallyleadingcomprehensivedepartmentforclinicalpathology,fromgeneral,lightmicroscopeandelectronmicroscopeobservationstothesystematic,standardized,digitalandinformationintegrationofimmunohistochemistryandgenetictesting.
