1958年10月，在北医三院的建立之初既成立了中医针灸科。吕伯华主任首任科主任。此后历经毛肖三、李鸿翔、卢国勋、聂有智等主任及现任李东主任的优化管理，中医科逐渐发展壮大，由成立之初的6名医师发展到当前的34名。现中医科由本部及机场院区两部分构成，2019年10月在机场院区成立中医病房，设有床位15张。科室现有主任医师5人，副主任医师4人，主治医师13人，住院医师12人。具有博士后学位2人，博士学位17人，硕士学位10人。日门诊量700-760人次，年门诊量超过27万余人次。2011年获批北京地区综合医院示范中医科；2015年成为全国综合医院示范中医科建设单位。InOctober1958,theTraditionalChinesemedicine(TCM)DepartmentwasestablishedinthebeginningoftheestablishmentofPekingUniversityThirdHospital.ProfessorLvBohuawasthefirstsectiondirector.Sincethen,withtheoptimalmanagementofprofessorMaoXiaosan,LiHongxiang,LuGuoxun,NieYouzhiandthecurrentdirectorLiDong,theTCMDepartmenthasbeengraduallydevelopingandgrowing,andhas34doctorsnow.Atpresent,TCMDepartmentisconsistsoftheheadquarterandtheairporthospitalarea.InOctober2019,TCMwardwith15hospitalbedswasestablishedinairporthospitalarea.Thereare34medicalworkersinTCMDepartment,including5chiefdoctors,4deputychiefdoctors,13attendingdoctors,12residents.Thereare2postdoctoraldegree,17doctoraldegrees,10masterdegreesinTCMDepartment.Thenumberofoutpatientrangesfrom700to760person-timeperday,andthenumberofoutpatientover270,000person-timeperyear.In2011,itwasapprovedthedemonstrationdepartmentofTCMinBeijingDistrictGeneralHospital.In2015,TCMDepartmenthasbeenapprovedastheconstructionunitofnationalgeneralhospitalmodelTCMdepartment.临床发展及规划Clinicaldevelopmentandplan中医组：通过加强中医特色专病建设，突出中医药在优势病种和环节上的作用。经过六十余年的发展，已建立中医药介入辅助生殖、不孕不育、月经病、甲状腺疾病、乳腺疾病、慢性胃炎、类风湿性关节炎、肿瘤、慢性阻塞性肺病、中医情绪管理、中医美容专台及慢性病管理等专病专台。TCMgroup:BystrengtheningtheconstructionofspecialdiseaseswithChinesecharacteristics,theroleofChinesemedicineinthedominantdiseasesandlinkswillbehighlighted.Aftermorethan60yearsofdevelopment,ithasestablishedspecializeddiseaseplatformsforTCMInterventioninassistedreproduction,infertility,menstrualdisease,thyroiddisease,breastdisease,chronicgastritis,rheumatoidarthritis,tumor,chronicobstructivepulmonarydisease,TCMemotionmanagement,TCMbeautyandchronicdiseasemanagement.针灸组：针炙组是以针灸经络理论与现代光电物理诊疗技术相结合的诊疗团队，经过几十年的发展，采取综合诊疗措施治疗颈椎病、腰椎病、关节痛、中风后遗症、面瘫、三叉神经痛、头痛、呃逆、耳鸣、肥胖、遗尿等取得了良好的疗效，并建立专病专台。Acupuncturegroup:Acupuncturegroupisadiagnosisandtreatmentgroupcombiningacupuncturemeridiantheorywithmodernphotoelectricphysicaldiagnosisandtreatmenttechnology.Afterdecadesofdevelopment,comprehensivediagnosisandtreatmentmeasureshavebeentakenforcervicalspondylosis,lumbarspondylosis,jointpain,sequelaeofstroke,facialparalysis,trigeminalneuralgia,headache,hiccup,tinnitus,obesity,enuresisandsoon,andgoodresultshavebeenachieved,andaspecialdiseasestationhasbeenestablished.科研成果2010年李东主任主持的首发基金《中药针灸介入辅助生殖技术提高孕育率的临床随机对照研究》是中医科首个省部级课题，同年史成和主任医师发表中医科第一篇SCI论文。近年来，在课题及论文数量及质量上实现了质和量的突破。中医科自2015年至2020年初，主持国家自然科学基金4项，北京市自然科学基金1项，首都临床特色专项基金1项，首发基金1项，北京市中医管理局科技提升专项1项，北京大学医学-信息科学联合研究种子基金1项，首都社会经济发展研究所基金1项。发表统计源论文60余篇，SCI论文10余篇。2013年成立北京市中西医结合生殖医学研究所，是中医科参与建设的首个市级科研平台。1人担任北京市中西医结合生殖医学研究所副所长、北京大学医学部中西医结合学系副主任，3人在国家级及北京市级学会担任副主任委员7项，3人担任常务委员、理事8项；11人担任委员、理事职务30余项，科研工作突飞猛进。ScientificResearchAchievementsIn2010,directorLiDonggotourfirstprojectsupportedbySpecialFundforHealthDevelopmentResearchoftheCapitalnamed“randomizedcontrolledtrialofTCMcombinedwithacupunctureandmoxibustionassistedreproductionimprovingthepregnancyrate”.Meanwhile,professorShiChenghepublishedthefirstSCIpaperinTCMDepartment.From2015tonow,ourdepartmenthaspresided4NationalNaturalScienceFunds,oneBeijingNaturalScienceFund,oneCapitalClinicalCharacteristicSpecialFund,oneSpecialFundforHealthDevelopmentResearchoftheCapital,oneSpecialScienceandTechnologyPromotionProjectofBeijingadministrationofTCM,oneSeedFundforJointResearchofMedicineandInformationScienceofPekingUniversity,andonefundfromCapitalInstituteofSocialandEconomicDevelopment.Moreover,ourdepartmenthaspublishedmorethan60medicalpapersincludingmorethan10SCIpapers.In2013,BeijingReproductiveMedicineInstituteofIntegratedTraditionalChineseandWesternMedicinewasestablished.OurdirectorservedasthedeputydirectorofBeijingReproductiveMedicineInstituteofIntegratedTraditionalChineseandWesternMedicine,andthedeputydirectoroftheDepartmentofIntegratedTraditionalChineseandWesternMedicineofPekingUniversityMedicalDepartment.Threemembersofourdepartmentservedasthevicechairmenin7nationalorBeijingmunicipalsocieties,threemembersastheStandingCommitteemembersandcouncilmembersineightsocieties,11membersasthecommitteemembersandcouncilmembersinmorethan30societies.Thescientificresearchworkinourdepartmenthasgotrapidprogress.教学及健康宣教在教学上，中医科承担了北大医学部护理专业及8年制临床医学的中医理论授课、临床带教、住院医师规范化培训及外单位进修培训等教学任务。自2007年以来，深化8年制医学生的中医教学改革，制定教学大纲，建立起中医多维式教学模式和多站式考试模式加强了医学生对中医药理论的理解和兴趣，推动中西医结合人才的培养。多人获得北大医学部和北医三院优秀老师。同时，中医科拥有较强的对外教学实力，已对来自美国、德国、日本、西班牙、巴西等国家800余人次的进修生、留学生进行教学培训。1997年起与西班牙塞维亚黄帝针灸协会建立合作，定期举办交流活动。TeachingandHealthEducationTCMDepartmentisresponsibleforthefollowingteachingtasksofnursingprofessionandtheclinicalmedicineof8-yearsprograminPekingUniversityMedicalCollege:TCMtheoryteaching,clinicalteaching,residentstandardizedtrainingandadvancedtraininginotherunits.Since2007,wehavedeepenedtheteachingreformofTCMfortheclinicalmedicineof8-yearsprogram,formulatedteachingsyllabus,establishedmult
